Sixty Degrees is a small independent local business which is not just a coffee shop or a tea room or a bakehouse or an internet cafe… it’s all of that and more…

What we do:

• Make our food orders from scratch using fresh ingredients

• Bake our own cakes in our own kitchen

• Use free range eggs and take the time to cook them properly

• Source our ingredients from local suppliers*

• Make cakes to order

• Host private parties with 3 course meals

Currently the following is locally supplied: meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee beans

What we don’t do:

• Buy in frozen cakes

• Buy in ready made food

Because we make our own food and bake our own cakes, we have the freedom to choose the ingredients we use. This means that we can cater for many different dietary requirements.

• We have gluten free food options and cakes

• We often bake dairy free cakes, vegan cakes, organic cakes and no/low sugar cakes

A vital ingredient...

We only use pure natural Himalayan salt in the food or cakes we make. Natural Himalayan salt has multiple proven health benefits due to being packed full of nutrients and minerals vital for good health (including magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and iodine). Unlike common table salt, Himalayan salt contains no chemicals or additives.
